Terms and Conditions – p44bet Pakistan Platform Rules

Welcome to p44bet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the p44bet website located at p44bet.ws ("the Platform"), including all betting services, gaming products, promotional offers, and any other features made available to registered users.

To open a p44bet account and use any services on the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. p44bet does not permit minors to register or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of a third party are not permitted.

Once your p44bet account is created, you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through it. This includes every bet placed, every deposit made, and every withdrawal requested — whether you personally performed those actions or whether someone else accessed your account with or without your knowledge.

3.1 Keeping Credentials Secure

Your login credentials — username and password — must be kept confidential at all times. p44bet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the p44bet support team immediately via support@p44bet.ws and change your password without delay.

3.2 Accurate Account Information

You must keep your account information up to date. If your phone number, email address, or payment method changes, update your account settings accordingly. p44bet is not responsible for failed communications or delayed withdrawals that result from outdated account information.

3.3 Account Dormancy

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months is considered dormant. p44bet reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied. No fee will ever reduce a balance below zero.

All financial transactions on the p44bet platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit at p44bet is Rs 500. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your p44bet wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider, which is typically near-instant for mobile wallet methods.

You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' accounts — are not permitted and may result in funds being reversed and your account being suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at p44bet are processed within a few hours for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) during normal business hours. IBFT bank transfers may take up to one working day depending on your bank's processing schedule. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, p44bet may require identity verification documents to be submitted and approved. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the p44bet platform, across all product categories including sports betting, cricket betting, card games, crash games, slots, and virtual sports.

• All bets are final once confirmed. p44bet does not offer bet cancellation after confirmation except in circumstances where an event is cancelled or postponed according to applicable event rules.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by product and are displayed clearly within each game or market before you confirm a stake.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These are set to ensure the integrity of the platform and may vary based on the event, market type, and your account status.
• In the event of a technical fault that causes a game or betting market to display incorrect odds or payouts, p44bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• For live in-play markets, all bets are subject to the rules applicable at the time the bet is confirmed. Delays in data feeds may occasionally affect in-play pricing; p44bet is not responsible for market movements between the time you submit and the time your bet is confirmed.
• Winnings are credited to your p44bet account balance as soon as the relevant event or game round is settled. Settlement times are displayed within each product section.

p44bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be displayed alongside each offer when it is made available. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your p44bet account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a cooling-off period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p44bet and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:
